MISSION
Make public records understandable and auditable.
Public adviser and holdings data is valuable, but firm profiles, filings, identifiers, financial measures, and reporting dates are easy to conflate. AUMSearch connects those records while keeping every normalized answer tied to its source.
01
What we are building
- Browser research across manager, adviser, filing, holding, and security records.
- REST API access with stable identifiers and source metadata.
- MCP tools that ground AI workflows in public filing data.
- A reference center for filings, identifiers, financial measures, and disclosure limits.
- Public methodology for normalization, entity resolution, freshness, and corrections.
02
What AUMSearch is not
AUMSearch is not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, ratings agency, or regulator. The site does not provide investment advice, recommend securities, or treat regulatory registration as an endorsement.
Public filings are delayed and limited to what the filer is required to disclose. Users should verify material facts against the official record.
03
Our publication standard
Definitions and regulatory claims use primary public sources whenever possible. Pages identify their last review date, calculated values are labeled, source identifiers remain visible, and material errors have a correction path.
