AUMSearch uses official regulatory filings, adviser records, agency guidance, and other primary public sources for definitions and regulatory claims whenever those sources are available. Secondary sources can provide context but do not override the underlying record.

Data labels
Published values are classified as source-reported, source metadata, normalized, calculated, or inferred. The page should make the class clear when it affects interpretation.

Dates and freshness
Pages distinguish reporting period, filed date, source acceptance time, retrieval time, processing time, and editorial review date. A review date changes only after the content and its cited sources are actually checked.

Authorship and AI assistance
AUMSearch may use software and AI-assisted workflows for research organization, drafting, code, and quality checks. Published material remains subject to source verification and human editorial responsibility. AI-generated wording is not accepted as evidence.

Conflicts and commercial access
Access requests, subscriptions, or commercial relationships do not change the meaning of source fields or the inclusion rules for public reference content. Sponsored or partner material, if introduced, must be labeled clearly.

Corrections
Source amendments are preserved as filing history. AUMSearch data, mapping, or editorial errors are corrected with a record of the affected source and change. See the corrections policy.
