Service access
AUMSearch provides browser research and account-based access to its public-record datasets, API, MCP connection, and recurring data feeds. Plan-specific usage rights, limits, history, delivery methods, seats, and support are described on the pricing page or in an order form.
An access request is not a subscription. A paid subscription begins when you accept the applicable plan terms and payment is confirmed. Keep account credentials confidential and make sure the information provided for an account is accurate.
Billing and renewal
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe and billed in U.S. dollars. Monthly plans are charged at the beginning of each monthly billing period and renew automatically. Annual plans are charged in full at the beginning of each annual billing period; an annual plan’s effective monthly price is shown only as a comparison.
By starting a paid subscription, you authorize the recurring charges shown at checkout until you cancel. Stripe will provide payment confirmation, receipts, and invoices by email and through its customer portal. Data Platform usage charges, if any, follow the pricing and delivery terms in the applicable order form.
Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time from AUMSearch billing settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not usually end access immediately. Your plan remains available through the end of the current paid billing period, unless access is suspended for a separate violation of these terms or for non-payment.
Cancel before the next renewal date to prevent the next charge. Cancellation does not remove amounts already due or change the data-use terms that applied while the account was active.
Refunds, upgrades, and taxes
Unless required by law or expressly stated in an order form, subscription charges are non-refundable and unused time is not prorated. An upgrade may be prorated when shown and accepted at checkout. A downgrade normally takes effect at the next renewal so that the current paid period is not shortened.
Displayed prices exclude applicable sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout when required. If you claim a tax exemption, you are responsible for providing valid supporting documentation.
Data use and rights
You may use AUMSearch data through the browser, API, MCP, or data feeds only as permitted by your plan, order form, API documentation, and the applicable source terms. Unless your plan or order form expressly permits it, do not resell, redistribute, republish, or provide bulk access to AUMSearch data or credentials.
Public regulatory records remain subject to their source agencies’ terms and applicable law. AUMSearch’s original software, presentation, writing, and compilation are owned by AUMSearch or its licensors. Your feedback may be used to improve the service without creating an ownership interest in the service or its datasets.
Information only
Website and research content is provided for general informational and educational use. It is not investment, legal, tax, compliance, or filing advice and should not be used as the sole basis for a decision.
Sources and accuracy
AUMSearch aims to explain public records accurately and identify official sources. Public filings can be delayed, amended, incomplete, or inconsistent. Normalization and entity matching can also require judgment. Verify material facts against the official source and applicable instructions.
Acceptable use
You may access and link to public pages for ordinary research. You may not interfere with the site, bypass security controls, submit deceptive form information, use automated traffic that disrupts availability, share credentials, or imply that AUMSearch endorses your product or conclusions.
Availability and changes
The website and service may change or be unavailable from time to time. We will give notice before a price change applies to a future renewal. Material changes to these terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
