Information collected
AUMSearch collects information you choose to submit through access-request and account forms, such as your name, work email, company, role, requested access methods, and description of intended use. If you subscribe, we also receive account, plan, billing-period, and transaction status information needed to provide the service and support your account.
The website may also receive ordinary technical request information needed for security, reliability, analytics, and abuse prevention, such as browser, device, approximate network, and request information.
Payments through Stripe
Stripe processes subscription payments and provides AUMSearch with the billing and contact metadata needed to establish and support an account. This can include the billing name and email, selected plan, billing period, amount, currency, tax status, payment status, invoice and receipt identifiers, and limited payment-method metadata.
AUMSearch does not receive or store your complete card number or full bank-account credentials. Stripe’s handling of payment information is governed by itsprivacy policyand terms. AUMSearch may retain the related account and transaction records needed for customer support, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, security, and legal obligations.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to requests, provide and manage access, process billing, send receipts and account notices, understand product demand, operate the website, and protect the service. AUMSearch does not use an access request as permission to begin an unrelated marketing sequence.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit a form or subscribe. You can manage or cancel a paid plan from AUMSearch billing settings or the Stripe customer portal. To ask about, correct, or delete information associated with a request or account, use thecontact and access form and state that your message concerns privacy.
Public investment data
AUMSearch organizes public regulatory records. Public filings can contain business and professional information that was published by a government agency or other source. Access controls and data-use terms vary by plan and delivery method; public source material is not made private by appearing in AUMSearch.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the product, payment services, and website change. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is published.
