Definition

AUMSearch is designed around official public regulatory records. Form ADV records belong to the adviser-registration family and are filed through IARD and surfaced through IAPD. Form 13F records belong to the EDGAR filing family. Coverage claims are published only after production validation.

02

Current publication status

The public website currently presents an interface preview and reference documentation. Production coverage counts, earliest/latest dates, and last successful refresh timestamps are not yet published. Until those figures are validated against the production data pipeline, AUMSearch will not claim a specific record universe or freshness service level.

03

Coverage principles

  • Prefer official primary records.
  • Preserve source-specific identifiers.
  • Keep source dates and processing dates separate.
  • Retain amendments and historical versions.
  • Label calculated and inferred values.
  • Publish exclusions and known gaps beside coverage claims.
